Nestled on Market Street in Wilmington, NC, Catch prepares modern seafood cuisine with international flair from coast to table.

Owner and Chef, Keith Rhodes opened Catch Restaurant in 2006 in hopes that diners would catch his passion for North Carolina seafood. His menu features dishes that highlight seasonal flavors – from sweet potatoes, to blackberries, fresh herbs, and heirloom vegetables. Every ingredient in his delicious cuisines is consciously sourced from organic growers and local fisheries that support sustainable practices. And each dish is complemented by the creativity of Chef Rhodes and his ability to use what’s around him. Experience Catch for a unique way to explore the Cape Fear Coast without ever leaving the dinner table.

    AboutChef Rhodes

Ultimate Dining Experience like no other. Our modern fusion cuisine
Chef Rhodes, an accomplished restaurateur, was voted the city’s best chef for three consecutive years and was nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a finalist for Best Southeast Chef.  He’s also well known for participating on Bravo TV’s Top Chef season 9.

When Chef Rhodes’ and his partner, Angela, founded Catch, they had one simple concept: to serve the best local ingredients to support the local North Carolina seafood market. However, that’s not all the chef has done for the Wilmington community. When he’s not running a kitchen, he’s partaking in outreach projects that serve local children, as well as mentoring up-and-coming young chefs.

    • As usual, Chef Rhodes did not disappoint. The crabcakes are the best in Wilmington! Great dining experience: attentive and knowledgeable server, delicious food and specialty drinks makes for a very enjoyable and unique dining experience!
    • Absolutely delicious food, nothing I could ever cook myself! (Hate to pay for a steak or chicken or anything that I can cook just as well) The Cajun oysters were melt in your mouth delicious, my scallops/mussels were even better and my husband's fried seafood platter was the best fried seafood I've ever tasted. In addition to the taste the portions were generous, we both took home and later devoured the leftovers. Excellent, friendly, attentive (but not overly so) service. We'll be back!
    • Such good food. Chef Rhodes is definitely one of the best in NC. Not to be missed. The shrimp and grits is my favorite, but frankly, everything is good.
